Ingredients: Unsalted butter 80 gm (1/3 cup & 1 tsp)

Icing Sugar 30 gm (1/4 cup)

All Purpose flour 70 gm (sifted 1/2 cup)

Cornstarch/Cornflour 30 gm (1/4 cup)

Vanilla 1/2 tsp


Method: At first preheat oven at 150c. Sift all purpose flour and corn flour together and set aside. beat butter for 1 min. Add icing sugar and beat for 2-3 mins. Add vanilla and beat a little. add dry ingredients and beat for few second. Do not over beat.. beat until its incorporate. Pipe on parchment paper and bake for 16-18 mins. When you see the edges of the cookies are slightly golden, take the try out of the oven and leave it on counter for 5 min. After that transfer all cookies in cooling rack to let it come to room temp. Now you can store it in an airtight container for about a month.
