Ingredients: Mango (peeled, seed removed and cut in cube) 2 cups
Sugar or your test 1 cup
Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed & Optional) 1 table spoon
Heavy whipping cream (35% Cream) 1 cup (35% Cream)
Milk 1 cup
Instructions: Blend the mango sugar, lemon juice & milk. Blend Until Smooth! Whip the cream till soft peaks are formed. Than add the mangoes pulp & mix well. Pour in a container and place in the freezer. Freeze it for 3-4 hours or over night. Serve with your choice bowl or ice-cream cone. I use phyllo dough busket that i made earlier. Sprinkle with crush pistachio & serve.
